6. Custom & Personalised Orders

  • Custom or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty

  • Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm all custom details before checkout

This complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not accept returns for change of mind on custom products.
