  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days

  • Custom or personalised items require additional production time

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.


Shipping Times

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are correct.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Delayed Orders

Damaged Deliveries
