Return & Refund Policy

At Nergize, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Custom / Personalised Items

All items that are custom-made or personalised (including but not limited to show plates, bespoke designs, or made-to-order products) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty.

This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Please double-check all custom details before placing your order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we confirm the item is faulty or incorrect:

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours


Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post funds


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If your item is faulty, we will replace it like-for-like.
